Why Screen Printing?
Screen printing involves creating a stencil and then using that stencil to apply layers of ink on the printing surface. Each color is applied using a different stencil, one at a time, combined to achieve the final look. Screen printing is best suitable option for designs that require a high level of vibrancy and brighter colours.

Screen printing is a very versatile printing process, and it can be used to print a wide variety of substrates, including board, plastics, vinyl, glass, metal, and many others. The screen printing process consists of three elements: the screen which is the image carrier, the squeegee and ink. The process uses a porous mesh tightly stretched and glued onto a metal frame. A stencil is produced on the screen either manually or photo chemically. Screen printing ink is applied to the substrate by placing the screen over the material. Ink is placed onto screen and then forced through the fine mesh openings using a squeegee that is drawn across the screen, applying pressure thereby forcing the ink through the open areas of the screen. Ink will pass through only in areas where the stencil is open, thus forming an image on the substrate.
